QUALIFICATIONS
Following service in the US Air Force and as a Senior Airman with the Texas Air National Guard, Adam graduated with a civil engineering degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 2005.
After graduation, Adam spent two years in Houston with Carter & Burgess as Assistant Project Manager and Designer where he gained experience in civil engineering design and project management of various assignments throughout Texas. Of main note, he assisted in designing multiple acreage single-family residential developments, including cost estimates, bond applications and contracts. His drafting capabilities include dirt work, pipeworks and Land Desktop.
In 2007, Adam joined Douphrate & Associates as an E.I.T., bringing with him considerable knowledge of engineering principles, practices and methods. He routinely prepares civil design projects under the direction of a project engineer and assists in projecting necessary personnel and equipment. In addition, he prepares final estimates and construction reports, reviews plans prepared by technicians and checks designs for accuracy, specifications and estimates. Adam also provides construction management support through inspecting projects, monitoring construction activities and scheduling construction site work.
