W.L. “Dub” Douphrate, II had gained 17 years of practical engineering experience across Texas when, in 1996, he saw a need and an opportunity to open a civil engineering design, surveying and construction site management firm in growing Rockwall, Texas. With his local roots and strong ties in the community, Dub founded Douphrate & Associates, Inc. (DAI). In early 2009, Douphrate & Associates acquired a surveying branch office in Mineola, Texas to serve the growing needs of the East-Texas region.
From day one, Dub realized that his success and reputation depended upon the quality of his product, staff, and ability to deliver projects on time. DAI quickly established a proven record in all three areas, as indicated by the many clients who gave (and continue to give) their repeat business—time and time again.
